What is your cancellation or return policy?
- Cancellations must be made within one hour to avoid fees.
- We charge a restocking fee of 10% on orders cancelled after one hour.
- We charge a restocking fee of 60% on all returns.
Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Bandana Fever does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
